I was probably 10'ish.  We were at Aunt Elsie's and Uncle Bill's visiting from PIttsburgh.  THis little black dog was so cute but for some reason it started chasing me and my sister Melanie up the hill.  I remember well Billy thinking that was too funny!  He teased us 'how can you be scared of that little thing'. We all thought He was just the coolest!!
