Jim Patsel
I can't tell you my age when I first met Bill Garst. It seemed like he was always there. He was present in my life when I was a child in Sunday School, when I participated in RA's, and when I was matriculating at his old Alma Mater. He was at one an inspiration, an example, and a leader. He was always there to help. I carried his paper for years, as did the rest of my family. He was one of the first to congratulate me on going in the USAF, which was the branch of service he served in. I can never forget such a special person in my life. Godspeed, Bill Garst.
