Condolence: I worked with Bill as a C&P Central Office foreman and Engineer on many of his WEco installation jobs. He was a dedicated WEco supervisor and I enjoyed working with him. He had a great sense of humor and I considered him a friend. My sympathy to all his family. May he rest in peace.

Condolence From: Jim Patsel
Condolence: I can't tell you my age when I first met Bill Garst. It seemed like he was always there. He was present in my life when I was a child in Sunday School, when I participated in RA's, and when I was matriculating at his old Alma Mater. He was at one an inspiration, an example, and a leader. He was always there to help. I carried his paper for years, as did the rest of my family. He was one of the first to congratulate me on going in the USAF, which was the branch of service he served in. I can never forget such a special person in my life. Godspeed, Bill Garst.

Condolence: It's strange...I always thought of you as Uncle Billy when I was a little girl...then as an adult I found out we were actually cousins..We went a lot of years with out seeing you all and I am very thankful we reconnected in the late 1980's. Only wish I could be there to hug Ce, Evelyn, Betty Jean, Debbie and you all...You will be so missed Billy....
