Yvonne Radford Metz, 95 of Roanoke, VA, reunited with her husband in heaven on the morning of Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

Born on Sunday, November 9, 1930, to the late William Odell Radford and Mamie Goodman Radford.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Kenward Metz; daughter, Dory Silva, brothers, Arnold Radford and Junior Radford; and her sisters, Mae Russell and Louise Huff.

Those left to cherish her memory include her granddaughter, Lauren Bays (Dustin), great-grandchildren, Hayley Dunn and Caleb Dunn, as well as her special nieces, Elizabeth Radford Barfield and Vicki Lynn Radford.

A service will be held privately at a later date.
