Wilma Jean Graham

Wilma Jean Graham, 82, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Wilma spent twenty years working as a supervisor in the shipping and handling department of the Home Shopping Network. She was an avid bowler, and was named as one of Roanokes top five bowlers on multiple occasions. She loved southern gospel music, and enjoyed spending time with her family members and friends as often as she could. Wilma is preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Alma Sower; four brothers Elvin, Arlow, Don, and Curtis Sowers; as well as a sister Oveeta Markle; She is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, Kenneth Graham Sr.; children Kenneth Graham Jr. (Penny), and Danny Graham; grandchildren Heather Howell, and Daniel Graham; great-grand children Maggie, and Raelynn Howell; The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 6-8:00 pm at John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home and Crematory 305 Roanoke Blvd. Salem, Va. 24153. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Senneca Baptist Church 8527 Roanoke Rd, Elliston, Va. 24087. Committal rites will be held immediately following the service at Den Hill Cemetery in Christiansburg, Va.
