William Andrew 'Billy' Flanagan

William (Billy) Andrew Flanagan, 61, of Hardy, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016 His surviving family includes his mother, Eloise Peggy Wells; daughters, Kelley Van Dalsen and her husband, Robert, and Carrie Flanagan; mother of his daughters, Anne Flanagan; brother, Johnny Flanagan and his wife, Martha; sister, Estelle Mattox and her husband, J.; and many other family members. A celebration of Billys life will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, in the John M.
