Wendy Katherine Smith

Wendy Katherine Smith, 43, of Roanoke, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 16, 2021. Always a Daddys Girl, she was joined only a short time later by her father, Bernard Bernie Smith. Wendy was a gifted and award-winning massage therapist whose appointments were sought after throughout the Roanoke Valley. She was passionate about bringing healing to others and always desired to put the needs of others before her own. Wendy was the best daughter a mother could have and was always a loving and helpful daughter. Lennox was her pride and joy; above all, she was a devoted mother who always took the time to lovingly nurture her son. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Sheila Smith; son, Lennox Smith; fianc, Matthew Doyle; aunts, Mary McInnis and husband, Kenny, and Marie Saker; uncle, Gabe Saker; special Gammy, Connie Thompson; as well as special friends, Gale Doyle, Jennifer Mills, and Jennifer Phillips.
