Wanda Lee Troutman, 77 of Roanoke, passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2012. She was born on January 16, 1935 to the late Woodrow Wilson and Julia Reynolds Wilson. She was retired with 30 plus years of service as an employee of the Home Shopping Network and formerly known as Stuart McGuire. Mrs. Troutman was known for the dedication to her work with the National Railroad Historical Society as well as her volunteer work as the former president of the Womans Auxiliary for the Glade Springs Volunteer Fire Department in Glade Springs, VA. Above all of this she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Those remaining to cherish her memory include her husband of 58 years, Bernard E. Troutman, of Roanoke; son, Bernie Troutman & wife Sherrie of Fincastle, VA; and grandchildren, Christopher Troutman of Charleston, SC, and Holly Troutman of Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home.
