Wanda F. Hylton, 70, of Salem, born on September 23, 1939, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Raymond and Josie Hylton; 3 brothers; and 1 sister. Her surviving family includes her son, David Joseph Cheatham of Salem; grandchildren, Kailey June Cheatham and Kerra Josephine Cheatham; brother, Harold (Pick) Hylton of Coalwood, WV; and sisters, Lorraine Rose, Phyllis R. Novak, Regina H. Adams, all of Coalwood, WV, Mary Puckett of Salem, and Edie Spencer of Roanoke.
