Wanda Fern Halsey

Wanda Burdette Halsey, 75, of Salem, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 24th, 2016. Wanda was born to the late Lola and Woodrow Burdette on June 14, 1941. Preceding her death was her husband, David O. Rich; brothers, Phillip, Giles, and Robert Burdette; and sister, Rebecca Robinson. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, David A. Rich and wife, Tonia and Randy S. Rich; brother, Charles Burdette and wife, Ann; grandchildren, Devon, Logan, Hannah, and Danielle Rich; special friends, Michelle Radford and Ashley Robertson; and her furry friend, Pepe. A visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home.
