Tracy Annette Bailey Flint

Tracy Annette Bailey Flint, 48, of Salem, Va., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

She spent her entire life with love...love for shopping, the Raiders, the beach, her dogs, and especially her family.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Lewis H. Jenkins Sr. and Violet M. Jenkins; father, Walter E. Bailey; step-dad, Frank W. Greenway; mother-in-law, Evelyn (Granny) Flint; uncle, Jr. Jenkins; and great-nephew, Dairon-Omar Villalobos.

Her surviving family includes her mother, Clara G. Greenway; husband, Timothy A. Flint; son, Michael A. Flint (Eliza); siblings, Anthony Bailey (Robin), Tammy Bowen (Hank), Marlene Wertz, Robert Bailey (Caren), and Faith Bailey; sisters-in-law, Brenda Combs and Wanda Jennings; grandson, Arkeus Parks (known as "Little Dude"); many beloved step-grandchildren; and many loved nieces, great-nieces, and nephews.

The family extends special appreciation to Tracy's sister, Faith Bailey, for her unconditional love and care as well as to Good Samaritan Hospice.

A celebration of Tracy's life will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel located at 305 Roanoke Boulevard in Salem, Va. The visitation will begin at 2 p.m., and the service will follow at 3 p.m. Pastor Gary Alls will officiate.
