Shirley Anne Fields

Shirley Anne Richardson Fields, 81, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. She was born on Saturday, March 5, 1938, to the late Wes and Edna Richardson. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Billy and Freddie Richardson. Her surviving family includes her children, Donna Williams and Jamie Fields; grandchildren, Oktobre Williams, Derek Williams, Xevon Williams, and Nova Williams; sister-in-law, Ellen Richardson; nieces, Tokie, Cindy, and Pam; and many other family members. Heartfelt appreciation is extended to caregiver and cousin, Spunky; caregiver, Laura; and Amedysis Hospice for their wonderful and loving care given to Shirley. Visitation will be private. All are welcome, however, to a public graveside held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2019, at Fair View Cemetery in Roanoke with Pastor Rick Hostetter officiating.
