On September 29th, 2021, animals everywhere got the ultimate guardian angel when our mom, Shelby Trail, passed through Heavens gates! Anyone who knew Mom knew of her love for animals. I know she was smiling all the way to Heaven in anticipation of finally getting to see her family, friends, and pets that passed before her. Mom was greeted at Heavens gates by her parents, J.B and Ellen Linkenhoker; her brother, Frankie Linkenhoker; her husband of 35 years, Anthony (Tony) Spinnato; and her last husband, James Edward Trail. She leaves behind a son, Anthony Spinnato, Jr. and his wife, Tanya; a daughter, Tammy L. King and her husband, Robert; grandchildren, Ashley Albright and Jonathan Waterman; step-grandchildren, Katie and Allison Trent; great grandchildren, Hayden and Anthony Albright; brothers, Bobby Linkenhoker, Donnie Linkenhoker and wife, Judy, Roy Linkenhoker and wife, Vickie; niece, Jennifer Learn; and nephews, Brent and John Linkenhoker. She also leaves behind two beloved cats, Baby and Muffin as well as numerous neighborhood cats that she fed. She will also be dearly missed by her many friends whom she truly loved and will surely miss her smile and loving, gentle ways. Being the animal lover that she was, our mom would appreciate donations to ANY animal charity in her memory. Animals were her passion and I know that it would make her heart smile to know an animal was taken care of. Mom didnt like sadness; therefore, she requested no services. She wanted instead for everyone to get together at a happier time and place to laugh, eat, and have fun. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.johnmoakey.com. Mom, we thank you for the wonderful childhood and life that you gave us. You were the best Mom we could have ever asked for. You taught us how to love, not just say it. You taught us the value of life not just human life but love and care of animals as well. You taught us valuable morals and respect for others. You taught us to love fresh grown tomatoes and the smell of freshly tilled farm dirt, the smell of grass, and the smell of rain. Your love for the mountains, farms, and baby farm animals will live within us forever. We will protect each other and defend each other until the end when we will see you again. Griffi, Peanut, and all your many grand-animals love and miss you, but they know that you will be waiting with open arms. We love you, Mom. Love, Tony and Tammy. One final note: Mom would want all of the animal abusers out there to watch out because SHES DRIVING THE KARMA BUS. Service Details.
