Sandra Mixson Williams Wright, 59, of Salem, went to be with the Lord Thursday, September 15, 2016. Sandra was a good woman and wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She had an outgoing personality and would always do for others before thinking of herself. Preceding her in death was her father, Clyde Larisey Mixson. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Charles Wright; sons, Charles Ashley Valentine, Steven Anthony Williams, and James Edward Williams; step-daughters, Elizabeth and Heather Wright; mother, Mary S. Valentine and husband, John; siblings, Sherry Davis and husband, Jack, Rondall Clyde Mixson, Johnny Valentine, John Frederick Stokes and wife, Andrea, Tommy D. Valentine and wife, Jackie, David Valentine and wife, Sandy, Daniel A. Valentine and wife, Lisa, and Jonathan Eric Valentine and wife, Stephanie; 11 grandchildren; and several aunts. A visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016.
