Samuel Dwayne Snider

Samuel "Sam" Dwayne Snider, 47, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. Formerly of Dublin, VA, Sam is remembered for being an all-around good man. He was an avid Football fan. Sam spent many a Sunday afternoon cheering on his favorite team, the Pittsburg Steelers. Aside from his love for sports, he was an animal lover as well. He will be remembered for being an outgoing and loving family man. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Spencer; He is survived by his wife, Jamie Harris Snider; father and step-mother, Curtis & Debra Snider ; son, Chris Hampton; step-son, Andrew Pence, step-daughter, Laura Pence; brothers, Steve Snider, Scott Snider, Robert Kidd, and Dale Spencer; step-father Cliff Spencer; father-in-law Carl Harris; and numerous other friends and relatives.
