Robert Michael Harmon Sr.

Robert Michael Harmon, Sr., also known as Big Mike, 58, of Salem, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Samuel and Melva Grace Harmon; brother, Garland Harmon; and sisters, Betty Harmon and Sue Anne Robinson. His surviving family includes his sons, Robert Harmon, Jr. and Chris Harmon; daughter, Tiffany Harmon; brother, Roger Harmon; sister, Becky Woody; grandchildren, Lukishia, Tony, Daisa, Cedric, Shaniqua, Michael Dandre, and Amyia; great-grandson, Keontae; beloved friends, Betty Inglish and Tia Harmon; and a host of other family members and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Michael Mays. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 6 p.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem.
