Jeremy Delp, 45, left us too soon on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
A devoted husband, father, son, and friend, his roles were numerous and meaningful. To know Jeremy was to recognize him as the life of the party, a gentle giant, and the protector of everyone. The only thing that could overshadow his stature was his heart and personality.
Jeremy was a warm-hearted individual with a deep commitment to his community and was a devoted teacher to children with special needs. He spent countless hours volunteering, dedicating his time to uplifting those around him and making a positive impact on their lives. In a selfless act of generosity, Jeremy has donated his eyes. This final gift would allow someone else to see the world, to witness the beauty he had cherished throughout his life.
A graduate of Glenvar High School in 1998, here he discovered his passion for football. He knew everything there was to know about football. Especially when it came to his all-time favorites, the VT Hokies or the NY Giants.
Family members who have predeceased him include his grandparents, LO, and Doris Grinnell, and Roger "Papa" Moore; aunt, Dianna Sheppard, and uncle, Leithan Grinnell.
Those left to cherish is memory include; the love of his life Tara Delp; their children, Hampton Delp and Corbin Delp; his parents, Felica and Ray Huff; his father Robert E. Delp II and his wife, Heather; siblings, Tara Migliarese and husband, Brian, Jordan Delp, and Randy and Tracy Powell; Aunts and Uncles, Sean and Emily Grinnell, Ronnie Sheppard and Lisa Grinnell; his beloved nieces and nephews, Cannon, Sophia, Haleigh, Kaleb, Madison, Scott, Graham, Cooper, Lyric, Maisie, Karter, Jaxson and baby sister.
