Richard Wayne Weaver, 70, of Elliston, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Preceding Richard in death were his parents Richard L. Weaver and Gladys St. Clair Weaver. Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife, April A. Weaver; son, David Michael Weaver; step-sons, Dustin B. Clark and Ryan J Clark; grandchildren, Ellen B. Weaver, Thomas M. Weaver; step-grandchildren, Devin Thomas and Cameron D. Clark; and his beloved four-legged friend, Tip. Richards family invites you to a time of celebration on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. A period of visitation will from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
