Surviving are his loving wife of 63 years, Nell Lucas, of Salem, daughter, Susan Lucas, of Roanoke, and granddaughter, Lindsey Norcross, of Durham, North Carolina, along with many relatives and close friends. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather that was always so proud of the many accomplishments of his girls.
