Raymond Jack Hale, 94, of Salem, VA and formerly of Talcott, WV passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at the Virginia Veterans Care Center in Roanoke, VA. Mr. Hale was a Retired Naval Commander. Memorial Services will be held at a later date at the Virginia Veterans Care Center. John M. Oakey and Son, Salem, VA is serving the Hale family. 540-389-5441
