Perry Lee Rice

Perry L. Rice, 53, of Fincastle, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Family left to cherish his memory include his father, Paul Rice, Sr. and wife Linda; mother, Phyllis Mills; son, Ryan Rice and mother, Connie; siblings, Paul Rice, Jr., Lisa Dreyfus, Wesley Poff, Robin Tate, and Lois Lail; special friend, Deanna; and many other relatives and friends.
