Paul Steven Williams, 60, of Salem, Va., entered the presence of Jesus on Friday, January 10, 2020. Paul is survived by his wife of 22 years, Cheryl Williams; sons, Josh Symes, Jacob Williams, and Samuel Williams; brother, Rocky Williams and his wife, Maryanne; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Paul had an extraordinary ability to connect with others, brining joy to everyone around him. He loved camping, football, and a good game of golf. He will truly be missed. The celebration of Pauls life will take place on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment will then be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Roanoke. Pastor Jamey Hutton will officiate.
