Born in Salem on June 15, 1961, he is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Vernon Cline and Frances "Frankie" Martin Cline, and his sister, Marsha. He is survived by two siblings; his nephews, Ethan and Shane; numerous true friends; and a special friend, Kittie Gillock. Rodney graduated from Salem High School and took business classes. He was a representative for Blue Ridge Beverage, a successful salesman in the oil industry, and a field representative for the Philadelphia Region of the Census Bureau when he passed.
