Patsy Pearman Stroop

Patsy Pearman Stroop, 69, of Roanoke, Va., reunited with her heavenly family on Monday, October 22, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Catherine Pearman; her soulmate, Wesley Stroop; and her brother, Roger Hawley. She is survived by her son, Shannon Stroop and wife, Kim; her daughter, Sherri Stroop Wilson and husband, Freddie; her niece, Tina Thompson and husband, Billy; and five grandchildren, Lucas, Logan, Laney, Nevaeh, and Christiana. Patsy was a 1967 graduate of Drewry Mason High School in Ridgeway, Va. and received her college degree from National Business College in Roanoke, Va. She worked for many years at Huff Lane, First Virginia Bank, and as a realtor with Gwyn & Harmon. She was long-time member of Penn Forest Worship Center in Cave Spring. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 28, 2018, at the Penn Forest Worship Center on Chaparral Drive in Roanoke.
