Patricia Marie St.Clair Lawson

On July 11, 2025, Patricia Marie St. Clair Lawson went to walk with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her father, John Archie St. Clair, and mother, Toy Marie Early St. Clair; sister, Betty Gaye St. Clair Edwards; and husband of 32 years, Kenneth James Lawson.

She is survived by her dear daughter, Lindsay Katherine Lawson, and son-in-law, Paul Wilson; treasured brother-in-law, Robert Edwards; dear brother-in-law, Jeff Lawson and wife, Crystal; cherished nephew, Dennis Edwards and wife, Melissa; beloved niece, Rio Delaney Edwards; nephew, Christopher Lawson, and niece, Kasey Duton; and many more dear cousins and friends.

Patty spent her life serving others as an LPN for over 40 years. Nothing meant more to her than family, and she always put others first. She attended Goodwin Memorial United Methodist and always kept her faith, no matter the struggle. After retiring, she was able to spend time lovingly tending to her garden, reading hundreds of books, and even quietly writing one of her own. The world has forever been bettered by her love, and her family and friends will hold her in their hearts, always.

The family would like to welcome all for a period of visitation on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home, located in Salem, Virginia.

The service will take place on Wednesday, July 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the funeral home's chapel, led by Pastor Russ Gresham. Graveside services will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg.
