Pamela Setser

Pamela Jean Setser, 69, passed away on December 18, 2025, after a short and courageous battle with cancer.

Born on April 8, 1956, Pam lived a life defined by kindness, generosity, and a genuine love for people. She had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel heard, valued, and welcomed. Those who knew her will forever remember her fun spirit and her ability to brighten any room simply by being in it.

Pam is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, William Robert Setser; her devoted daughter, Christina Setser Carter (Allen); and her cherished grandsons, Timothy and Will, who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her sister Debbie Brooks (John), her brother Randy Wilmoth (Zina), and many close friends and extended family members who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.

A memorial service and celebration of Pam’s life will be held at Salem Baptist Church in Salem, Virginia, at 2 p.m. on January 16, 2026.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Salem Baptist Church, 103 N. Broad Street, Salem, Virginia 24153, honoring Pam’s lifelong commitment to her faith.
