Norma S. Bugg

Norma S. Bugg, 78, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 7, 2013. She was retired from Chas. Lunsford Sons & Associates Insurance after more than 20 years of service. Her church membership was held at the Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church of Roanoke. Norma was a very giving person and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis S. Peters. Her surviving family includes her husband of 51 years, Jerry M. Bugg; daughters, Roxanne S. Wilson and husband, Charlie, and Joy Huffman-Myers; grandchildren, Issac Wilson and Jordan Huffman; brother, Walter (Skip) St. Clair; and various nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 8, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem with the Rev. Chuck Ward officiating.
