Noemi Velez Perez

Noemi Velez Perez, 69, of Salem, VA passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at her residence. She was born April 25, 1948 in Puerto Rico a daughter of the late, Juan Velez and Elvira Perez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan A. Silva; daughter, Ivonne; son, Rodolpho; and several siblings. She is survived by her children, Miguel Velez and wife, Leslie with whom she made her home, Anibal, Wanda, Leroy, Carmen, Jose, Jessica and Jaqueline; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. John M. Oakey and Son, Salem is serving the Perez family.Interment Location
