Michael J. Mikey Welcher, 45, of Roanoke, Va., was greeted in heaven by his family and friends who had gone before him on Monday, February 1, 2021. He was born on Tuesday, September 16, 1975, in Roanoke, VA. Mikey loved and found enjoyment in helping anyone in need. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, especially his laughter. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Welcher. Mikey is survived by his mother, Jennifer Phillips, and stepdad, Darry Muse; brother, Christopher Welcher, and wife, Lisa; niece, Alexis Welcher; nephew, Chase Welcher.
