Michael Dale Loyd, 62, of Salem, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015. He was employed by Yokohama for 30 years. Preceding him in death were his parents, Henry Loyd II and Syble Loyd; and a brother, H.T. Loyd. His surviving family includes his children, Ashleigh Dickerson and husband, David, Jr., Michaela Loyd, and Kevin Loyd; siblings, Marvin Loyd, Sr. and wife, Evelyn, Marlene Slusser, and Harry Loyd; and ex-wife, Suzie Loyd. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem.
