Michael A. Love

Michael A. Love, 18, of Salem, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, January 7, 2011. He was born in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and had been an area resident for most of his life. He was a senior at Glenvar High School, was employed at the Salem Animal Hospital, and was planning to study zoology at college in the fall. An artist at heart, he enjoyed drawing and painting, listening to his music and spending time with his friends. He is survived by his loving mother and father, Elaine and Roger Boone, with whom he made his home; two sisters, Bethany Boone and Jennifer Lynne Garcia; five brothers, Reno, Matthew, Thomas and Samuel Boone, and Joshua Onderdonk. A service to celebrate Michaels life will be held at 2PM, Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in the Chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home. The Rev. David Keaton will officiate.
