Lynn Crawshaw

Mrs. Lynn Cecil Crawshaw, of the Roanoke and Salem area, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Harmony Assisted Living in Roanoke, Va. She was 79 years old.

Lynn was born to the late Archibald William and Lucille Olga Cecil on Saturday, October 12, 1946. She was a Navy wife for the 34 years her husband served, during which her dedication and quiet strength shone brightly. Lynn's kind and generous heart was also evidenced by her involvement in human welfare organizations. Both as a Navy Relief volunteer and a member of the Philanthropic Educational Organization Sisterhood, Lynn's faith and compassion for others shone forth. Lynn fulfilled her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother with love and joy, and she will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish Lynn's memory are her husband of 57 years, Robert Ord Crawshaw; children, Rachelle Crawshaw Brown (Kyle), Jenna Lynn Harris (James), and Robert William Crawshaw (Stacey); sister, Dawn Lee Ward; and grandchildren, Chloe Brown (Parker), Laurel Anderson (Thomas), Courtney Musselwhite (Hunter), and Ethan Harris (Riley).

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Affinity Hospice and Harmony Assisted Living for their loving care during such a difficult time.
