Louis Wilson Reich

Louis W. Reich, 97, of Salem, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at the Virginia Veterans Care Center in Roanoke, VA Louis Served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years, Ruth Lagerholm Reich. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Steve Reich (Michelle); daughter, Sue Holland (Scott); six granddaughters, Erin Conrad (Chris), Katie Imel (Richard), LeeAnn Linkenhoker (Eric), Kelly Woo (Joe), Jennifer Smith (Casey), and Molly Holland (Greg); eight great-grandchildren, Brandon and Emily Shmalo, Andrew and Addison Imel, Abel, Ruth, and Olivia Woo, and Liam Linkenhoker; sister-in-law, Edna Lagerholm; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Sherwood Memorial Park. Service Details.
