Lisa Diana Donaldson, 60, a proud veteran of the United States Navy and a resident of the Virginia Veterans Care Center, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Born in Roanoke, Virginia on Sunday, January 8, 1960, to George and Lois Adams, who precede her in death, Lisa is also preceded by her husband, Jerry Donaldson, as well as a sister, Vickie Richardson, and brother-in-law, Gilbert Richardson. Lisa is survived by a daughter, Brandy Beal and husband, Jonathan; sons, Raymond Stone II and wife, Haley; John Stone and wife, Tabetha; grandchildren, Kyleigh Poole, Dylan Rainey, Jacoby Stone, Abigail Rose Stone, Iris Rainey, Maddox Stone, and Cole Stone; sister, Karen Burtis and husband, Allan; brother, George Adams and wife, Diane; nieces and nephews, Dennis Richardson, Christy Ferguson, Angela Atkins, Keith Dewayne Adams; as well as her dear friend, Jerri Shaw.
