Lisa Poff Bain, 65, of Salem, Va., passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Lisa was a loving wife, mother, and sister who dedicated her life to family and community service. She loved the beach, being with friends, and Virginia Tech sports.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Doris Poff; and her brother, Ronald Poff.
She is survived by her husband, Mark L. Bain; children, Stephen C. Bain and Kerri L. Bain (Sonny); sister, Linda Wintermeyer; brother-in-law, Butch Wintermeyer; sister-in-law, Cheryl Poff; and nephew, Ryan Poff.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel. A celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2024, also in the chapel. The interment will be private.
