Letha Mae Oliver Justice

Letha Mae Oliver Justice, 89, formerly of Salem and most recently of Bristol, VA, was called home by her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 3, 2013. She enjoyed fishing, but her life was spending time with her children. Preceding her in death were her husbands, John M. Justice and Boyce Landon Oliver; and children, Jessie Frank Oliver and Ricky Lee Oliver. Her surviving family includes her children, Linda Williams and husband, Gary, Charles Oliver and wife, Gay, Donald Oliver, Sr., Norman Edward Oliver, Kathy Mills and husband, Roger, and Ronnie Oliver, Sr. and wife, Gerri; 6 stepchildren; grandchildren, Starr, Tammy, Jerry, Michael, Donald, Jr., Janena, Vanessa, Malinda, Donald, Jr., Jessie, Mishelle, Ronnie, Jr., Carlene, Jerry, and Crystal; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; special ex-son-in-law, Donald Woolwine, Sr.; half-brothers, Charles Fields and Frank Fields; many other special family members; and special friends, Eva Oliver, Charlotte Graham, and Michael and Sandra Sweet. A period of visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the funeral homes chapel with Chaplain Dave Vanderpool officiating. The service of interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Forest Hills Memory Gardens in Abingdon, VA with Brother Jeffrey Carico officiating.
