Kimberly Sue Harless Lee

Kimberly Sue Lee, 56 of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026. Born January 3, 1970, in Roanoke, Va., daughter of the late Buford Lee and Ollie Mae Harless, she is also predeceased by brothers, Kenneth Largin and Rainell Largin.

Kim was well known throughout the Roanoke community and was especially loved by her YMCA family. She loved meeting people and would smile and wave at anyone who passed by. Kim will be greatly missed.

Those remaining to cherish Kim's memory are her husband, Carl Lee; sons, Carl Harless, Scotty Harless and Joshua Harless; three granddaughters, Selena, Shakira and Ciara; sisters, Rebecca, Christina and Joy; brother, Ray Harless; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

The family will welcome friends for a time of visitation on Sunday, March 15, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., in the chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem. A Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Dwight Hayes officiating.
