Kevin Kramer

Kevin Kramer, 57, of Salem and formerly of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away at his residence on Saturday, February 3, 2024. He was born on February 22, 1966, in Phoenix, beloved son of Sylvia Burnett Kramer and the late Harold Russell Kramer. Prior to his move to Salem in 2004, Kevin had lived in Phoenix for most of his life, but had also resided in Fairbanks, Alaska for six years. A few weeks shortly after his move, his then girlfriend, Donna Renea Thomas, decided to follow him and they would eventually marry on January 7 of 2005, and spend numerous years fulfilling dreams together. Prior to Donnas passing in 2023, Kevin honored his vows to love her in sickness during the last few years of her life, while maintaining the needs of his household, including helping to mold and guide his stepson, Anthony, who he thought of as his own. Kevin was a dedicated employee of Virginia Transformer where he also served as President of the local union. During his downtime, Kevin enjoyed playing his guitar and watching football, especially his beloved Arizona Cardinals. Above all, he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Family remaining to cherish his memory includes his mother, Sylvia Kramer; son, Anthony Rivera; brothers, Dave Kramer (Linda), and Aaron Kramer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
