Kathryn Oyler Dodd

Kathryn Oyler Dodd, 90, of Salem, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Dodd, Sr. Her surviving family includes her sons, James P. Dodd, Jr. of Buchanan and Stephen L. Dodd of Salem; daughters, Judy D. Mays of Quinton and Barbara Dodd Hall of New Castle; grandchildren, Jacqueline C. Lee of Provo, Utah, Brian D. Hall of Salem, Jonathan C. Mays of Quinton, and Emily Grace Dodd of Salem; and great-grandchildren, Lauren and Spencer Lee of Utah. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 12 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem. Elder Charles Mays will officiate. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association at 2728 Colonial Avenue, SW in Roanoke, VA 24015.
