June Marie Hannah

June Marie Bane Hannah, 72, of Roanoke, VA, joined her son and is in the presence of God, on Thursday, February 2, 2023, in Salem, VA. She was born on June 4, 1950, to the late George W. Bane and Mary Daisy Bane Hannah. To know June was to know and love her accentuated personality. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she was greeted on the shores of heaven by her son, Christopher Clayton Hannah; brother, Raymond D. Bane; sisters, Betty Ann Jonas, and Nancy Lee Cooper, (Roy). Left to cherish her memory include her husband, Clayton Hannah; stepson, Marvin Lynch; brother, Michael Bane (Joyce Ann); brothers-in-law, Charles Jonas, (Carolyn), and Plymouth Hannah; Numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved fur baby, Bella. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem, VA.
