Julia Lambert Higley, 91, of Salem, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Salem Health and Rehabilitation Center following a period of declining health. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood John "E.J." Higley who died in 1997. Graveside services will be held at 11AM, Friday, November 26, 2010 at Sherwood Memorial Park.
