Judy Elizabeth St.Clair Carter

Judy Elizabeth St.Clair Carter, 65, of Salem, and recently residing in Hilliard, FL. went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 21, 2013. Her greatest loves were family and making people laugh. Her surviving family includes her sons, Jack G. Farris, Jr. and wife, Gayle, Billy G. Utt, and James C. Carter; daughters, Janet M. Mckinnon and husband Scott and Jeanne G. Bray and husband Robert; grandchildren, Jay, Megan, Michael, Amanda, Wesley, Joey, Jennifer, Bryce, Cameron, James, Lesa, Bubba, and Kenneth; great grandchildren; brother, John St.Clair; sisters, Nancy Ann Glotfelty, Patsy Brickey, Christine Brogan, and Sandra Graves; numerous nieces and nephews that loved her; special nephew, Ricky Baker ; and lots of friends that loved her. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 24, 2013 from 2 to 3 p.m. in the John M.Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral homes chapel with Pastor Gary Butcher officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Sherwood Memorial Park.
