Joseph Howard Arrington 83, of Salem passed away on Thursday, October 27,2022, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Emily Arrington; daughter, Leslie; sisters, Gail Law (Jimmy) of Rocky Mount, Patsy Ball (Carl) of Roanoke, special long time business partner, Jerry Cole (Pat) of Salem; sister-in-law, Twila Bowen (Bill) of Harrells, NC. Joe and Jerry owned Salem ing for 37 years before retirement. Joe loved racing, sports cars, and most of all, his family. He was the best husband and father in the world.
