John Milton Ratliff, 90, of Salem, Va., passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024. Mr. Ratliff was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy Ann Ratliff. John is survived by his three children and their spouses, Donna and Daniel Keeley, Dean and Kaye Ratliff, and Linda and Daniel Andrew; as well as his six grandchildren, Brian, Nathaniel, Laura, Seth, Jacob, and Kate; his three great-grandchildren, Naomi, Samson, and Madeline; and his sister-in-law, Kathleen Ratliff.
