John Morrison Maxey
July 29, 1939 — July 19, 2018
John M. Maxey, 78, of Roanoke County left this earth to join his mother, Annie M. Maxey and his father, Roy C. Maxey in eternal life.
He was well liked by all he met along the way through his dry cleaning businesses in the Roanoke Valley. Johnny was a quiet, gentle man. Nine first cousins are left to cherish his memory.
A graveside service will be conducted at Sherwood Memorial Park on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11 a.m.
