John Noland Deweese

John Noland Deweese, 67, of Salem, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at his home. He was born on November 30, 1952, in Roanoke, Va. to the late Edward and Reba Reese Deweese. For several years, John served as a caregiver to his dear friend, Linda Eanes. His compassion for health care came from his employment as a Monitor Tech at Lewis Gale and previously with Carilion Roanoke Memorial. He was well known as an avid NASCAR fan; however, he will be remembered most as a loving, caring, and good-hearted person. He will be sadly missed! Family remaining to cherish his memory includes his loving friend, Linda Eanes; his cousins, and many, many other friends. In keeping with the wishes of the family, a private graveside will be conducted at Sherwood Memorial Park, in Salem, with the Rev. Ben Lockhart officiating.
