John David Coffey

John David Dave Coffey, of Salem, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Dave proudly worked many years as an electrician and made many friends. Everyone who knew Dave knew that under his rough and tough exterior laid a heart of gold. He will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel David Coffey Jr. and Marion Coffey Jones; a sister, Vicky Ratliff; and his daughter, Heather Mills. Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Reamona Coffey; children, Garon Bowles, Trevor Sage, Sam and wife, Ravyn, Brittany Shelton and husband, Jake, and Taylor Ham and husband, Stone; 10 grandchildren who were his world; brother, Tim Coffey and wife, Ruby; sisters, Laura Breckenridge and husband, Jason, and Megan Oliver; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Service Details.
