JoAnne Shirley Hilliard, 75, of Salem, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019 at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hilliard; son, David James Robinson;
She is survived by her children Tammy Rucker, Donald Robinson, Joe Robinson, and John Robinson; sister Ethel Graham; fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and her beloved pets Prissy and Megan;
A private family service will be announced at a later date.
