Jessie Thomas Gibson, 67, of Floyd, VA passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Orson Gibson; and three brothers, Jerry, James and Daniel Gibson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Teresa Holdren Gibson; mother, Carlie Underwood Gibson; son, Cherokee Gibson and wife, Missy; daughter, Jackie Vest and husband, Bobby; three brothers, Stevie Gibson, Dennis Gibson and wife, Loretta and David Gibson and wife, Mary Kay; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the residence.First Visitation
