Jennifer Judith Michelle Wofford, 55, of Roanoke, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at her home in Salem. She was born on January 15, 1966, in Baltimore, Md., daughter of the late Claude Wofford and Martha Hardy. Jennifer, a mother of 4 and grandmother of 3, will be remembered mostly for the love she had for her children and grandchildren. They were her pride and joy. Family remaining to cherish her memory includes her husband, George R. Barton; children, Meghan Dickson (Justin McAbee), James Barton, Charlie Barton, and Keely Barton; grandchildren, James Barton, Jr., Ella Barton, and Ksenia McAbee; stepdaughter, Rhoda Jean Barton; siblings, Tracey Patram, Jeff Wofford, and Mark Wofford. Funeral services to honor Jennifers life will be conducted on Friday, February 19, 2021, in the chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, in Salem, Va.
